We at ZeusTech make sure our customers get the best of all products and services. To achieve that aim we have to follow a systematic pattern, consisting of dos and don’ts of managing a smooth and trustable system. Here we describe some of our key terms and conditions, which can be of great help to our customers.

AVAILABILITY

There are certain products, which are highly in demand especially during sale seasons, to make them accessible to everyone, some products, deals, and discounts are only available for online purchase in limited quantity.

CANCELLATION

There are times when you place an order by mistake or book order of products different then what you intended to book in that case or any other valid reason; you reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.

CHANGE IN PRICES 

Stay connected with us through our social media platforms and our website, to stay updated with most accurate prices and discounts as prices of our products, deals or packages are subject to change without prior notice.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT 

We at ZeusTech love to stay connected to our customers and solve their queries. For that purpose we engage with customers through various electronic, non-electronic and social media platforms, any discussion or information provided here can be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

DELIVERY

We try our best to deliver your order to your doorstep before as soon as possible but there can be unexpected factors such as; weather route blockage, strike, etc in such situations, we are not responsible for any delay or failure of delivery as it is beyond our control.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

We appreciate if our customers double-check, before submitting their information while placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer or client to avail our products or services.

MODIFICATION

With the aim of bringing up to date products to our customers, we try to make necessary changes to our offers, discounts, and deals, according to your suggestions and requirements. We reserve the right to modify our products/services at any time.

RIGHT TO REFUSE      

We offer our services to everyone regardless of personal believes, orientations, etc, but at times there are factors that are beyond our control such as distance, last-minute changes in order by the customer and other(s). In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone at any given time, because of various reasons; such as unavailability of product delay in payment, etc. 

UNAUTHORIZED USE

To keep you safe from plagiarized content and false impersonations. By using our services you agree to not share or reuse any of our services for commercial or any other unauthorized purpose without prior permission.

WARRANTY
With the aim of providing reliable and original products to our customers, we provide an original brand warranty with the products (possessing one). Warranty claims shall be redirected to the manufacture’s / brand’s warranty claim or customer service centers.

MODIFICATION

With the aim of bringing up to date products to our customers, we try to make necessary changes to our offers, discounts, and deals, according to your suggestions and requirements. We reserve the right to modify our products/services at any time.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

We are not responsible for misinterpretation of promotional posts and banners, posted on our various social media platforms and outlets. Any promotional voucher is valid to be used only once, and multiple usage by opting for different unauthorized ways are illegal.    

TRADEMARK

Trademarks, logos, graphics on our site may not be used/reused for any services that are not being provided by us.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Our hardworking team tries to save our customers from any inconvenience that can be caused by human error but still, there may be typographical errors on our site or social media platforms regarding pricing and description of products and services, we reserve the right to correct the errors at any time without prior notice.

CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK

As we receive a lot of valuable comments and recommendations from our clients and customers. Thence we reserve the right to use or publish customer’s recommendations, comments, suggestions, and reviews that customers send us through various platforms, anytime without prior permission.

We reserve the right to update our terms and condition at any time. It is your responsibility to keep track of any changes made in terms and conditions on our website.

Return Policy

Items shipped from zeustech.pk, can be returned within 48 hours of receipt of shipment in most cases.

For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

  1. The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
  2. A defective/damaged product has been received .

Replacement or Return

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, you must send your complain on our WhatsApp within 48 hours of accepting the product.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, you must send your product Unboxing Video on our WhatsApp within 24 hours of accepting the product.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Products cannot be returned or exchanged if the package is opened, damaged, or not in its original product packaging.
  2. It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
  3. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  4. The exchange request should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery package.
  5. The opening of the company’s flyer should be included in the unboxing video.
  6. No items from the box should be missing or broken.

How to return?

If the product complies with all the above-mentioned conditions for return, please contact our customer care with video evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. The second thing you need to do is make sure you do not lose any packaging material that comes with it and ensure that all items in the box are intact. We’ll do the necessary quality check and then proceed with the return.

Shipping And Cancellation Policy

  • We offer free delivery in all cities of Pakistan.
  • The above-mentioned duration may differ in case the product is shipped from another city due to its non-availability in the specified city.
  • The deliveries are made between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
  • We usually charge an amount of PKR 5,000 – 10,000 in advance in case of:
    1. High value order.
    2. Limited availability of stock.
  • We also provide services like OPEN BOX DELIVERY  in the cities of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi.
  • PKR 100 is added to your order if you select Open Parcel as your delivery method.
  • For other cities, a video of your product being packaged is sent through SMS/email. This is to ensure and give your confidence that you would be getting what you have ordered.
  • We share tracking ID through SMS on your registered number, once your order is shipped to help you track your parcel’s journey.
  • To ensure foolproof and secure transactions, payment gateways require to hold deliveries for 24 hours. As soon as we get a confirmation from the gateway, we dispatch the products immediately.
  • For all pre-paid orders recipients are requested for their original CNIC by our Rider in order to update the identity card number in our system and ensure the parcel’s security.
  • Upon receiving the parcel, the authorized/intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package with their ID card detail.
  • Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.

How can I cancel my Order from ZeusTech?

You can cancel your order by sending a message on our WhatsApp.

In case of canceling an order made through pre-payment / digital payment, the money will be refunded to a debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment); as per the policy of the merchant. The refund amount takes 15 to 20 working days to reflect in customer accounts.

Once the order is dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

How to Receive your Parcel at the time of Delivery?

All ZeusTech packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. In order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience please take the following steps:

  1. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.
  2. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items for you within a few days.
  3. Make a video of the package while opening the plastic flyer and unboxing the product. This step would help you compare the product in the parcel with the packing video which we have sent you.
  4. If you find that the product in the box is tampered with or missing when you open the package, please contact our Customer Care at 0325 – 7910092 within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please note that ZeusTech is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.
